The founder of Murdy Sports, Scott Murdy Jeffreys, is an exceptional coach and player.  He has been involved with competitive tennis as a kid and is currently a high-level player as an adult. His playing career is highlighted by the following:

-Canadian junior national competitor

-N.C.A.A. scholarship recipient to the University of Hawaii-Hilo

-Satellite circuit competitor

-Finalist at the Western Indoor Senior Nationals for Men’s singles with two different 3rd place finishes at the Eastern Nationals for the 40-45 age category

As an international coach for thirty+ years he has many credentials which include:

-Worked with several ATP, WTA, N.C.A.A., ITF, National and countless recreational players of all ages and skills

-Obtained working visas for luxurious destination resorts and membership based clubs in Connecticut, Ohio and Bali, Indonesia

-Coached in Whistler, B.C.; resorts in Muskoka Northern Ontario; a 1200+ membership club in Cleveland, Ohio; the prestigious Greenwich Country Club in Connecticut; the Madison Racket and Swim Club in Connecticut

-Contributed to the local tennis clubs and programs which include Ace Tennis in Burlington, The Niagara Tennis Academy in Vineland and White Oaks Resort in Niagara-on-the-lake before expanding his own business at 5 tennis court locations with over 200+clients currently.
